软件无线电(SDR)的发展推动了无线通信系统的高度集成化。该类系统包含射频、模/数或数/模转换(ADC和DAC)和高速系统时钟信号电路,故称为混合信号系统。目前对其表征和行为建模方法还处于探索阶段。综合论述了SDR混合信号系统表征和行为建模的研究现状,重点描述基于X参数的混合信号系统表征与建模的基本理论、测量方案和关键技术,给出了混合信号系统用X参数表征的模型,使X参数拓展到模拟和数字混合域。最后,对于混合信号系统建模方法的研究趋势进行了分析与预测。
The development of software-defined radio( SDR) enhances the integration of wireless communication systems,which are defined as mixed-signal systems including radio frequency section,analog to digital converter( ADC) or digital to analog converter( DAC) and high-speed clock signal section. It is still in progress of exploration for the behavioral model characterization of mixed-signal systems. The state of the art for characterizing and modeling SDR mixed-signal systems is summarized and the basic theory,measurement procedure and key technique for mixed-signal systems are emphasized in detail to present the mixed-signal system behavioral model,which makes it possible for X-parameters to extend to the mixed-domain consisting of analog and digital signals.The tendency for future research of mixed-signal system modeling method is analyzed and predicted in the end.
