低氧可引起低氧诱导因子(HIF)活化和线粒体膜电位降低,HIF通过激活叉头状转录因子3、BH3族、Beclin-1等诱导线粒体自噬的发生。线粒体膜电位降低使线粒体被自噬体识别,进而通过自噬清除受损的线粒体。低氧还可引起活性氧类释放及能量不足等,诱导线粒体自噬发生。药物通过干预自噬体形成、HIF活化、自噬体与溶酶体融合、泛素化等影响线粒体自噬。
Hypoxia can activate HIF and attenuate mitochondrial membrane potential. HIF can induce mitophagy by activating FOXO3, BH3 family, Beclin-1 ,etc. Autophagosome can identify the mitochondrial because membrane potential of the mitochondrial has diminished. Thus the organism can eliminate the damaged mitochondria. Hypoxia can cause ROS released and energy lacking,then mitophagy is activated. Drugs can affect autophagosome forming, HIF activation, autopha- gosome fusing with lysosome, ubiquitinating, etc, therefore affect mitophagy.
