为达到利用轮胎室内试验部分取代室外试验的目的,针对不同花纹和结构的C3轮胎(载重轮胎),利用混合型室内噪声试验与室外通过噪声试验,分析了轮胎室内通过噪声与室外通过噪声的相关性。轮胎的室内噪声测试包括轮胎的近场噪声和远场噪声测试;室外通过噪声试验是利用滑行法在ISO10844标准规定的路面上完成。试验结果表明,轮胎室内近场噪声与远场噪声数据的数量关系符合点声源的衰减规律,经过合理校正后的轮胎室内远场噪声与轮胎室外通过噪声值基本一致,即利用轮胎的室内近场噪声测试结果可以预判轮胎室外通过噪声值。
In order to substitute outdoor tire noise test with indoor tire noise test, hybrid indoor noise test and outdoor pass-by noise test are carried out with C3 tires (heavy truck tire) with different structures and patterns to analyze the correlation between the indoor tire pass-by noise and outdoor pass-by tire noise. The indoor noise test includes test of near-field noise and far-field noise of tires; whereas outdoor test is carried out through the coast-by test on the proving ground specified in ISO10844. It is demonstrated that quantitative relation between the near-field noise of tires and the far- field noise of tires accords with the attenuation rule of point acoustic source. And the properly corrected indoor far-field noise of tires basically agrees well with the outdoor pass-by noise of tire, i.e. the test results of indoor near-field noise of tire can be utilized to judge the outdoor pass-by noise value of tires.
