采用盆栽试验,研究不同铀浓度(0、1、5、20 mg/kg)胁迫下,苜蓿、黑麦草、高丹草、苏丹草和印度芥菜的光合色素、可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,以及植物地上部分和根部对铀的富集量。结果表明,低浓度铀可刺激植物光合色素和可溶性蛋白质含量的增加,但随着铀浓度的增加,植物光合色素和可溶性蛋白质含量逐渐下降。铀胁迫诱导植物体内MDA含量呈明显升高的趋势。
Five herbs of the species including Medicagosativa Linn, Lolium perenne L, Sorghumsudanense(Piper)Stapf,Sorghum bicolor×S.Sudanense, Sorghumsudanense(Piper) Stapf and Brassica juncea, were studied through pot experiments to investigate the content changes of photosynthetic pigment, soluble protein and MDA, and the uranium accumulation abilities in the shoots and roots under the stress of uranium of different concentrations(0, 1, 5 and 20 mg/kg) in soil. The experiment showed that photosynthetic pigment and soluble protein content increased when uranium concentration was low in the plants but decreased when uranium concentration content was high, showing a rising trend of MDA concentration in the herbs under uranium stress.
