设计了一种常闭式高速开关阀,利用Ansoft软件分析了线圈输入电流和阀芯位移对高速开关电磁铁的动态响应特性的影响;采用ANSYS仿真软件分析了阀口流场的压力和速度分布特性;讨论了复位弹簧的预压缩量、弹簧刚度及线圈匝数对阀芯动态性能的影响;所设计的高速开关阀的最大响应时间为9 ms;通过对ABS一个工作周期的分析证明,所设计的高速开关阀具有较高的响应速度,能够满足ABS的工作要求。
A normally-closed(NC) high speed on-off valve was designed. The influences of the total current and displacement of the valve poppet on the dynamic characteristics of the Solenoid were studied using Ansoft. The pressure and the velocity distribution of the flow field of the valve orifice were analyzed with ANSYS. The effect of the pre-compression length of the return spring, the spring stiffness and the coil number on the dynamics of the valve spool was investigated. The maximum response time of the designed valve was 9 ms. The analysis results of one work cycle of anti-lock braking system(ABS) demonstrated that the designed high speed on-off valve can meet the requirement of the performance of ABS.
