为提高工程机械的节能效果,针对纯电驱动工程机械提出了一种基于电动机调速和液压蓄能器的负载敏感型自动怠速控制系统,分析了新型自动怠速分段控制划分规则.考虑到系统节能效率和操控性能,充分利用液压蓄能器可以瞬时提供动力的特点,提出了具有负载压力适应的负载敏感型自动怠速分段控制策略,并基于所搭建的试验平台展开了系统操控性能和节能效率的试验研究.结果表明:所提出的新型自动怠速分段控制划分规则可行;取消自动怠速时的操控性能优于传统自动怠速控制;提出的系统的节能效率可以达到40%左右.
In order to improve the energy-saving efficiency of construction machinery, an automatic idle speed control system of load sensing based on electromotor speed regulation and hydraulic accumulator was proposed for electric-drive construction machinery. The division rules of the novel control modes were analyzed. Giving consideration to the recovery efficiency and operation performance and taking full advantage of the instantaneous power provided by the hydraulic accumulator, a novel automatic idle speed subsection control strategy of load sensing which could adapt to the load pressure was proposed. Based on the above control strategy, a test rig was constructed to study the operation performance and recovery efficiency. The results show that the division rules of the novel control modes are feasible, and the proposed control system can achieve a better operation performance than the conventional one when the idle speed is canceled. The energy saving efficiency of the proposed system can reach 40% approximately.
