针对辽宁双台子河口湿地的芦苇生长状态指标进行了试验研究,并采用数理统计方法对不同水层深度的芦苇生长状况变异度进行了多项比较分析。结果表明:不同形态指标在同一样地内的变异度不同,5个形态指标种群内变异系数的均值从大到小依次为叶宽、茎粗、叶长、株高、节间长;不同样地各种形态指标的平均变异系数也存在明显差异;F检验表明,芦苇的5个形态指标表现为差异显著;不同形态指标在样地间的多重比较分析中多数表现为差异显著。表明芦苇是在不同水深情况下形态变异较高的物种,且在15 cm水层深度生长状况最好。

英文摘要:

Experiments are conducted in Shuangtaizi estuarine wetland in order to study the variation of reed growth indicators. Meanwhile, mathematical and statistical methods are used to comparatively analyze the variation of the characteristics of reed growth in different water depths, The results show that the variation of different growth indicators is different in sampling areas. The varia- tion coefficient of five growth indicators from large to small is listed as follows: leaf width〉diameter〉 leaf length 〉height〉 length between internodes. Moreover, the averages of variation coefficient of growth indicators in different sampling areas are changed; F-test shows that five growth indicators of reed are also different. According to the result of multiple comparative analysis among sampling areas, it is known that different growth indicators are obviously different. Therefore, the variation of reed in different water depths is clearly high, and the water depth of 15 cm is the best growth condition for reed.
