以盘锦双台河口芦苇湿地为研究对象,利用桶栽试验,研究了NH4Cl水溶液灌溉后土壤微生物的变化规律。结果表明:含氮污水灌溉后,对土壤微生物的长期影响不大,对表层土壤微生物影响不大。含氮污水灌溉既不会破坏土壤原有的微生物平衡,有对土壤养分有一定的补充。

英文摘要:

In order to investigate the effects of irrigating polluted water on soil microorganisms in Shuangtai of Panjin wetland, weeds were cultured in vats with the soil collected from the wetland. The weeds were watered with artificial polluted water (NH4 Cl) that was similar to the real situation to study the variations of the microorganism in the soil. It was found that irrigating NH4Cl solution did not show a long-term effect, and it didn't have a significant effect on microorganism in surface soil, either, indicating that irrigating nitrogen containing polluted water did not destroy the balance among original organisms in the soil, on the other hand, the irrigation can supplement nutrients to the soil.
