以壳聚糖(CS)和CuSO4为原料制备了CS—Cu(Ⅱ)催化剂,利用XRD、红外光谱等方法对催化剂的结构特征进行分析,并研究了该催化剂催化分解H2O2的催化性能,探讨了催化剂用量、反应温度、H2O2浓度、pH值、反应时间等反应参数对催化性能的影响.结果表明:最佳的反应条件是,温度为45℃,pH值=4,H2O2浓度为0.15mol/L,催化剂的用量为0.6g,4h内H2O2分解可达到90%.
A catalyst, CS-Cu( Ⅱ ) complex, has been synthesized and characterized by IR and XRD, as well as the catalytic activity of CS-Cu( Ⅱ ) complex in decomposition reaction of H2O2 was also studied. And the effects of the amount of CS-Cu( Ⅱ ), reaction temperature, concentration of H2O2, pH, and reaction time on the decomposition reaction of H2O3 were investigated. The results showed that the 90‰ decomposition of H2O2 was obtained under the conditions as follows: 0.15 mol/L H2O2 decomposes over 0.6 g catalyst at 45 ℃ for 4 h with pH=4.
