目前工程项目安全性的相关研究中,缺乏对于工期、成本等目标与安全性之间联系及相互影响的考虑。针对这一不足,在分析每项工序持续时间、完工成本、保证性安全成本与安全水平之间关系的基础上,通过将安全性与系统可靠性理论相结合,得到工程项目的安全水平指数,并进一步将安全目标引入工期—成本优化模型,构建了工程项目工期—成本—安全水平均衡优化模型。最后结合一个工程项目实例,利用PSO算法对模型进行了求解,得到工期、成本与安全水平的一系列Pareto解,从而验证了模型的有效性与合理性及其在工程项目安全管理中的实用性。
Current studies on construction security seldom considered relationships and mutual influences between time,cost and other objectives and security.This paper analyzed relationships between duration,cost of completion,guarantee safety cost and safety level of each activity,and deduced safety level index of construction project by the combination of security and system reliability.Then it established a time-cost-safety level equilibrium optimization model through integrating the objective of safety level into time-cost trade-off model.At last,it achieved the Pareto solution of the model using PSO algorithm based on a real example,and demonstrate the effectiveness,rationality and practicality of the model in safety management of construction projects.
