带锯锯切力数值仿真及工艺实验研究

对带锯进行了锯切仿真及工艺实验研究,分析了带锯齿形参数(如前角、后角、分齿角度、分齿量和分齿衍生角)对锯切主切削力的影响规律。基于现行的带锯分齿工艺,建立了单齿几何模型,并应用于锯切仿真实验。首先通过锯切工艺实验,验证了锯切仿真模型的正确性。然后设计了齿形参数多因素水平变化的单齿锯切正交仿真实验。实验结果表明,对主切削力影响最大的齿形参数为分齿角度,其次依次为前角、后角、分齿量和分齿衍生角。主切削力随着前角、后角、分齿角、分齿量和分齿衍生角的增大而减少。本文研究结果丰富了带锯锯切机理的研究,并为带锯齿形参数的优化设计提供了理论依据。

英文摘要:

The sawing simulation and process experiments of the bandsaw were carried out, and effects of tooth profile parameters such as rake angle, clearance angle, setting angle, setting distance and setting derived angle on the main sawing force were analyzed. Based on the current setting tooth process, some geometrical models for single tooth were built and ap- plied to the sawing simulation experiments. Firstly, through process experiments, the feasibility of the sawing simulation model was verified. Then the multi-factor and multi-level orthogonal simulation experiments of single tooth sawing force were designed involving all parameters to analyze the effects of these parameters on the sawing force. Experimental results indi- cate that the setting angle is the most important factor in tooth profile parameters leading to sawing force. The degree of im- portance from high to low is ascertained following as rake angle, clearance angle, setting distance and setting derived angle. And simuhaneously the results also show that the sawing force increases with the decrease of rake angle, clearance angle, setting angle, setting distance and setting derived angle, respectively. This study is contributed to enriching theoretical foun- dation research about bandsaw mechanism and optimizing the tooth profile design of handsaw further.
