为了掌握甘蔗约束力矩对扶起过程的影响规律,通过对前进方向约束力矩的分析,建立了两段式螺旋扶蔗机构模型,进行了田间力学测试,应用ADAMS工具仿真。结果表明:扶蔗器适用于倒伏仰角小于15°的甘蔗,转速为120 r/min,前进速度为0.36 m/s,安装角为50°时,扶起甘蔗效果最好。该研究为甘蔗收获机的改进设计提供了参考。
In order to learn the influencing regularities of sugarcane constraining moment,a two sections spiral-type sugarcanes lifter prototype model was made,based on an interaction mechanism analysis with a consideration of forward holding constraning moment.Furthermore,the lifting efficiency and the overall performance of the two sections spiral-type sugarcanes lifter were disclosed through dynamics analysis and ADAMS simulation.The results showed that the two sections spiral-type sugarcane lifter can efficiently lift seriously lodged sugarcanes with their side leaning-angles equal to or less than 15°,and it works best when the sugarcanes lifter rotational speed is 120 r/min,the lifter forward speed is 0.36 m/s,and the transportation section angle of setting is 50°.This research provided the virtual simulation and test data for improving design of a spiral sugarcane harvester.
