太阳能光伏模块依靠电力变换器将太阳能转变为电能用于负载供电,电力变换器的设计需要考虑光伏模块的电气特性。文章根据太阳能模块生产商数据手册提供的电气特性参数,如短路电流,开路电压,短路电流的温度系数,开路电压的温度系数,以及标准测试条件下的额定参数值,并考虑不同温度和光照强度对光伏特性的影响,提出一种近似的解析数学模型,通过计算和仿真,得出不同温度和辐射强度下光伏模块的V-I,P-V特性曲线,并与数据手册的曲线对比,结果表明仿真曲线和试验曲线基本一致,验证了光伏模块数学模型的正确性,为进一步进行光伏并网的研究提供了仿真分析的数学模型。
Solar energy from photovoltaic(PV) array or module is converted into electric power to supply load through power converter, the electrical characteristics of PV module need to be considered in the design of power converter. An analytical mathematical model is proposed based on the electrical parameters such as short circuit current, open voltage, temperature coefficients of short circuit current and open voltage, and nominal values provided by manufacture datasheet and the Standard Test Conditions (STC). The calculated and simulated V-I curve and P-V curve under different irradiance levels and temperatures are compared with those figures from datasheet with the result of fitting well, so the validity of the mathematical model was verified and it provides the simulation model for the analysis of grid connection of PV system.
