The topic used the cultural model of college education, graduated education and continuing education as study objects, through searching for literatures, investigating with questionnaire and informal discussion, consulting to experts, mathematical statistics, analysis and review, and so on ; the paper made a roundly analysis and summarization, scientific evaluation and explanation, gave some strategies and constructive advices aimed at current problems too.
