Under certain conditions, starting from the two-dimensional linear dynamic elastic shell equations of Koiter＇s type with the shell thickness going to zero, the two-dimensional linear dynamic membrane shell equations, and the two--dimensional linear dynamic flexural shell equations have been obtained.
