基于非线性垫片径向应力分布的螺栓法兰连接泄漏率预测方法

中文摘要:

采用解析方法对垫片应力径向分布及其不均匀性进行研究,提出基于垫片径向应力分布的螺栓法兰连接结构泄漏率预测方法。将垫片应力径向分布解析计算结果与有限元计算结果,以及泄漏率预测结果与现有方法预测结果和ROTT(Room Temperature Tightness)的试验结果分别进行比较和分析。结果表明,垫片应力分布的解析计算结果与有限元结果一致,且大小由内径向外径逐渐增大,随着螺栓载荷的增加,垫片径向应力的不均匀性也逐渐增大;提出的泄漏率预测方法得到的计算结果与试验结果十分吻合,且较现有预测方法得到的结果更为精确。

英文摘要:

The contact stress along width direction of gaskets and the inhomogeneity of gasket stress distribution the radial direction were investigated by analytical method. A method for predicting the leakage rate of bolted nections based on contact stress along width direction of gaskets was proposed. The analytical results were co flanged along con- mpared with the finite element analysis (FEA) results, and the leakage results calculated by using this method were compared with those calculated by using the existing method and those obtained by ROTT test, separately. The results indicate that the stress results calculated by two methods are fundamental uniformity, and the value of contact stress increase from gasket inner margin to its outer margin. The inhomogeneity of gasket stress distribution along the radial direction increases with the increase of bolt load. The results calculated by using the presented prediction method are in good agreement with those obtained by ROTF, and the prediction results are more accurate than those calculated by the existing method.
