非石棉密封复合材料压延成型前需对物料进行混料加工,以切短和开松纤维、充分混合物料,得到纤维长径比适合、质地均匀的物料。然而目前国内尚没有专门用于NAFC材料的混料机,这严重制约了NAFC材料的开发及其产品性能的进一步的提高。从NAFC材料混料加工工艺的特点出发,阐述NAFC材料混料机的设计目的及其工作原理,介绍混料机主要结构的设计;并分析NAFC材料混料工艺关键技术,详细讨论各种混料工艺参数对其工艺及其成型板材质量的影响。

英文摘要:

Before the sealing composite reinforced with non-asbestos fiber is manufactured by the calendering process, the raw and processed materials of NAFC need mixing adequately to cut short fiber and disperse fiber clumps so that the materials ean be manufactured into some uniform particles in which fibers with suited aspect ratio. However, there is no special mixer used in mixing process for NAFC in China, which restricts the development and the quality improvement of NAFC. Based on the characteristics of mixing pro- cessing technology of NAFC, both the design cause and work principle of the mixer were introduced, and the designs of the main com- ponents of the mixer were expatiated. The key technologies of the mixing process for NAFC were analyzed. The influences of the main manufacturing parameters on the mixing process and the performance of NAFC were discussed.
