In order to cultivate the students＇ innovative spirits and experimental skills, the genetics experimental teaching system was improved. The modern media mixed technology was explored, post-graduates acted as teaching assistants, which facilitates students to participate in genetics experiment, improves their abilities of operating by hand, and fosters their innovative consciousness and scientific-thinking abilities.
