综述了适合化学以及相关专业低年级学生的综合性化学实验"三草酸根合铁(Ⅲ)酸钾的合成及其组成的测定"中常用的合成路线以及改进的方法。同时考察了加乙醇直接结晶和蒸发浓缩两种结晶方法对产品性质的影响。结果表明:加入乙醇结晶所需时间较蒸发浓缩结晶相对要短,但后者所得晶体的颜色更接近翠绿色,产品的组成相对稳定。实验条件如温度、浓度和试剂用量等均对产品(产物)性质、产率和实验现象有影响。通过设计简单实验可以验证该产品具有光致还原性。
Reviewed the study and improvement of preparation process of potassium ferrioxalate. At the same time effects of crystallization process on yield and composition of potassium ferrioxalate were introduced in detail. The results showed that in comparison with crystallization of adding ethanol, crystallization of condensing evaporation required shorter time and the color of products obtained was closer to emerald green and the composition of the product obtained was relatively stable. Experimental conditions such as temperature, concentration and reagent contents could affect the properties and yield of the product. Simple methods were designed to verify photoreduetion of potassium ferrioxalate.
