围绕移动终端多媒体数据版权保护问题，在智能手持装置中引入Client—Service方法，将码书设计与水印嵌入分开．采用IEENNS搜索算法缩短编码时间，借助图像检索方法自动选择码书．设计系统分为两个子系统：一个是最优码书生成子系统，一个是自识别VQ子系统．实验结果表明，不仅能够提高码书生成质量与重构图像的质量，同时能够缩短编码时间，而且具有较强的鲁棒性．

英文摘要：

This paper focuses on mobile multimedia copyright protection, and further presents the separate design i- dea of codebook design and embedding based on Client - Service model, respectively. It uses IEENNS search algo- rithm to reduce the coding time and automatically selects the codebook by image retrieval thinking codebook. This design system is divided into two subsystems： one is the generating system of the optimum codes and another is a self - identifying VQ system. The experimental results showed that it could not only improve the quality of codebook generation and simultaneously reduce the coding time, and but also have strong robustness.
