The natural gas hydrates is hydrocarbon that is contained in the sea bottom and the permafrost of continental shelf and which may become one of sources of important energy for human. This article discusses the feasible exploitation methods of natural gas hydrates at present, provides hydraulic fracturing technology for the exploitation of natural gas hydrates through analyzing the exploiting experiment of natural gas hydrates made in Mallik area. it is of great theoretic significance for China's sustainable development in energy in macro - scopical strategic decision- making, and it has also a wide application prospect.
