对影响水合物生成的反应条件进行了实验研究,利用高压水合物生成装置测定了纯水与添加剂溶液以及不同温度与压力条件下,水合物生成过程及其特性,通过实验数据与结果分析得出表面活性剂SDS不但可以加快水合物生成速度,同时还可以提高其含气量,而温度与压力对水合物生成具有制约性,低温高压虽利于反应进行,但会增加生产成本,应综合考虑两者的最佳值,这些因素的研究对解决实际生产问题具有直接的指导意义,将促进气体水合物储气应用技术的发展。
The effects of reaction condition on hydrate formation were studied. The process and property on hydrate formation were measured in pure water and SDS solutions at different temperatures and pressures with a high-pressure experimental rig for hydrate formation. The experimental data and result reveal that additives could improve the hydrate formation rate and storage capacity. Temperature and pressure can restrict the hydrate formation. Lower temperature and higher pressure will promote hydrate formation but it can increase production cost. So these factors should be considered synthetically. The investigation will promote the advance of gas storage technology in hydrates.
