综述了尖晶石型铁酸盐纳米晶制备技术的研究进展,介绍了高能球磨法、聚合物热解法、自蔓延燃烧合成法、共沉淀法、水热法、溶胶一凝胶法、微乳液法等典型制备技术的作用原理和技术特点,并对尖晶石型铁酸盐纳米晶制备技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
The progresses of preparing techniques for spinel-type ferrite nanopowders were summarized. The formation mechanism and processing characteristics of typical preparing techniques including solid state method, high- energy ball-milling, polymer-pyrolysis route, self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, co-precipitation method, hydrothermal synthesis method, sol-gel method as well as micro-emulsion method were described emphatically. The future prospects of the preparation for spinel-type ferrites nanopowders were also forecasted.
