破坏性创新逐渐被认为是小企业实现产业突围的重要成长机制，也是新兴市场国家企业重要的自主创新模式与跨越式发展路径。针对过往研究中对破坏性创新本质特征的认知与测度不统一、与突破性创新的同一概念化问题，首先对破坏性创新的概念发展进行了历史回溯、梳理与分析；继而明确概念界定，归纳内涵特征；在辨析破坏性创新与突破性创新异同基础上，对我国本土251家企业开展破坏性创新活动进行实地调研与问卷调查，结果显示，对于破坏性创新绩效的测量具有较高的信度与效度，可尝试作为后续定量研究的基础。

英文摘要：

It has become evident in recent research that disruptive innovation could create lots of new opportuni- ties for SMEs and entrepreneurial companies in the developing countries to catch-up. While without formalizing the disruptive innovation concept with a reliable and valid measure, it is difficult to conduct rigorous research to uncover the mystery of disruptor＇s chances. Base on literature review, we identify the concept and key characteris- tics of disruptive innovation and distinguish the disruptive innovation concept from radical innovation. We collect- ed data from top and middle managers at 251 Chinese corporations and performed analyses to test the reliability and validity of the disruptive innovation scale. This study might be useful to future quantitative research of disrup- tive innovation.
