针对废旧液晶显示器人工拆卸效率低、回收成本高等问题,以易拆卸结构作为液晶显示器支架的连接单元,运用TRIZ创新法则对液晶显示器支架连接结构进行重新设计,应用ABAQUS对支架易拆卸结构的尺寸进行优化,同时对其可靠性进行仿真分析,最后通过实验对液晶显示器支架易拆卸结构的尺寸、位置以及拆卸效果进行了验证.分析可知,通过对液晶显示器进行易拆卸设计研究,可以大幅提高液晶显示器维修、回收时的拆卸效率,并为其他电子电器产品的易拆卸设计提供技术支持.
In order to solve the problems of low disassembly efficient and high recycle cost of waste LCD, Easy to disassemble structure is used as the connection of the LCDframe. LCDframe structure is redesigned by TRIZ. The size of LCD is easy to disassemble the structure and its reliability are simulated by ABAQUS. At last, the size, layout position and disassembly effect of LCD being easy to disassemble structure are verified through experiments. Through above analysis, the disassembly efficient ofLCD recycling and maintenance can be significantly improved and technical support for easy to disassemble design of other electrical and electronic products is provided through the study of LCD easy to disassemble design.
