通过提取葡萄籽中原花青素,来制备具有保健功能的口含片。采用中心组合设计对原花青素的提取工艺进行优化,从而确定最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇浓度71.25%、提取温度46.08℃、超声波时间42.74 min,该条件下得出原花青素提取率为2.521%,与预测值2.534%相符。利用旋转蒸发仪对提取液进行浓缩,再冷冻干燥得到粉末状提取物,辅以甘露糖及羟丙甲纤维素等,经混合、造粒、干燥、压片等工序,制成低热量、具有保健功能的口含片。
Investigated extraction of proanthocyanidins from grape seeds and the process of healthy buccal tablets were investigated. Cen- tral Composite Design was utilized to optimize the extraction of proan- thocyanidins. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol concentration 71.25%, extraction temperature 46.08℃, ultrasonic time 42.74 min. Under the optimum condition, the yield of proanthocyanidins reached 2.521% ,which was agreed with the predictable value of 2.534%. Grape seeds extract(GSE) was condensed and desiccated to mix with mannitol and HPCM. After granulation, dry- ing and tabletting, the healthy buccal tablets with low calorie were ob- tained.
