The influence factors which acted on the binding performance of MIPs for GSH were discussed in this article. These factors involved the different molar ratios of monomers to templates, the various water contents and the template concentrations in the test solutions containing GSH. We analyzed the characters of MIPs on the inner cavities and the functional groups according to these experimental data.
