通过研究返青期白三叶(Trifolium repens)茎、叶及根水浸提液不同浓度(0,0.001,0.005,0.01,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20g·mL-1)对鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以明确白三叶对鸭茅是否存在化感作用及相应的化感响应.结果表明:返青期白三叶不同部位水浸提液对鸭茅种子萌发、幼苗生长及植株形态存在一定的化感作用,且鸭茅种子萌发和幼苗生长对茎、叶及根不同浓度水浸提液的响应不同.鸭茅种子发芽势对根水浸提液的化感响应比对茎叶水浸提液的响应更为敏感,对根水浸提液浓度表现为受抑反应,而对茎叶水浸提液则表现出“低浓度(0.001~0.01 g·mL-1)无明显影响,高浓度(≥0.05g·mL-1)抑制”的反应;鸭茅种子发芽率对茎、叶及根水浸提液均表现出“低浓度(0.001~0.005 g·mL-1)无明显影响,高浓度(≥0.01 g·mL-1)抑制”的响应.鸭茅幼苗和幼根长度对茎、叶及根水浸提液均表现出“低浓度(0.001~0.01 g·mL-1)促进或无影响,高浓度(≥0.10g·mL-l)抑制”的响应.鸭茅幼苗对白三叶茎、叶及根水浸提液的化感响应敏感性整体滞后于幼根,且鸭茅幼苗生长对根水浸提液的化感响应要比对茎叶水浸提液的响应更为敏感.
The effects of different concentrations (0,0.001,0.005,0.01,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20 g · mL-1) of aqueous extract from the stem,leaf and root of white clover during greening period on seed germination and seedling growth of cocksfoot were studied.The results indicated that the allelopathy of white clover on the seed germination,seedling growth and plant morphology of cocksfoot partly existed.And the response of cocksfoot seed germination and seedling growth to the different concentrations of aqueous extract from the different parts of white clover was different.The response of germination potential of cocksfoot to the aqueous extract of white clover root was more sensitive than the aqueous extract of white clover stem and leaf.However,the germination potential of cocksfoot was no significantly affected by both stem aqueous extract and leaf aqueous extract under lower concentrations (0.001~0.01 g ·mL-1),and was significantly inhibited under higher concentrations (≥0.05 g · mL-1).The germination percentages of cocksfoot were no significantly affected by stem,leaf and root aqueous extracts under lower concentrations (0.001~0.005 g · mL-1) and were obviously inhibited under higher concentrations (≥0.01 g · mL-1).Both seminal seedling and seminal root of cocksfoot were improved or no obviously affected by stem,leaf and root aqueous extracts under lower concentrations (0.001~0.01 g · mL-1) and were inhibited under higher concentrations (≥0.10 g · mL-1).The response of seminal seedling of cocksfoot to the aqueous extracts of different parts of white clover lagged behind the response of seminal root growth.And the response of seminal seedling growth of cocksfoot to the root aqueous extract of white clover was more sensitive than stem aqueous extract and leaf aqueous extract.
