In order to establish a high quality, high yield and annual mixed seeding forage grass fields, and determine the best mix proportion of oat and common vetch mixture ratio in Henan county, forage plant height, yield, land equivalent ratio, nutrients and other indicators under the different proportion of mixed seeding were compared and analyzed, and using grey correlation analysis method for comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that mixed seeding herbage yield and resource using efficiency is significantly higher than in single seeding （P〈0.05）, and forage plant height, fresh weight and dry weight reach maximum under the mixed proportion of oat and common vetch （8：2）, followed by the mixed proportion of oat and common vetch is7：3. With the increment of the common vetch proportion, protein content tent to increasing gradually. Comprehensive evaluation by using the grey correlation analysis showed that the best mixed seed- ing ratio of oat and common vetch is 7：3 in Henan County.
