本文利用北京市2004－2013年现代服务业相关数据，通过建立多元回归模型，对北京市现代服务业发展的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明：经济发展水平，服务消费需求水平，城市化水平，工业化水平，区域开放度以及政府投资支出与北京现代服务业发展均存在正相关关系。其中，经济发展水平对现代服务业发展的影响最为显著，而工业与现代服务业之间还未实现“元缝对接”，第二产业的发展并没有真正发挥对现代服务业发展的促进作用。

英文摘要：

This paper takes advantages of 2004 -2013 data about modem service industry in Beijing, and by the means of establishing multiple regression model, analyzed the influencing factors affecting modern service industry development in Beijing. The results show that economic development level, the service level of demand, urbanization level, industrialization level, regional openness and government investment spending have positive impacts on the development of modem service industry. And the level of economic development is the most significant effects on the development of modern service industry. The industry and modern service industry has not yet to achieve ＂seamless docking＂, the development of the second industry doesn＇t really play a role in promoting development of modern service industry.
