英文摘要：

The analytical framework of relationship between external technology acquisition, internal R＆D and global innovation of do- mestic firms is proposed based on knowledge-based approach. Empirical test is demonstrated based on a sample of 500 domestic firms in biotech, software and automobile parts industry in Beijing. The results show that advanced equipment procurement, licensing and tech- nological cooperation with universities have significantly positive effects on global innovation, technological acquisition width and depth positively affect global innovation and foreign technology acquisition width has more positive effect than domestic technology acquisition width, and internal R＆D has mediating effect on the relationship between external technology acquisition and global innovation of do- mestic firms.
