为筛选调控蓖麻株高、叶型及产量相关的优良基因,培育出节间较短、茎体粗壮而长度适中、高产的蓖麻矮化良种。采用cDNA-AFLP技术分析始花期矮秆蓖麻茎秆的cDNA表达差异片段,共回收128条差异片段,114条可在Balatx数据库中查询,39条序列被Blast2GO中的GO注释。这些基因几乎涵盖了与矮化相关的各类基因,涉及细胞生长、分化、信号转导、转录调控、物质与能量代谢及运输等,可能在蓖麻矮化机制中起重要或决定性作用,为揭示蓖麻矮化的分子机制找到新的突破口。
Screening good genes related to plant height , leaf type and yields in order to culture an internode shorter ,caulome stockiness ,length medium ,and high-yielding dwarf varieties of castor .This paper analyzed differen-tial cDNA fragmentation of dwarf castor caster on date of initial blooming with cDNA-AFLP technology .It gained 128 bands of differences in genes ,of which 114 bands can be finded in Balatx database .39 sequences can be anno-tated by GO of blast2GO.These genes are almost covers all kinds of genes related to dwarf involved in cell growth and differentiation ,signal transduction , transcription regulation of substance and energy metabolism and transport , etc.They may be plays an important and decisive role in castor dwarf mechanism .And this will find new break-through to reveal the molecular mechanism of castor dwarf .
