以蓖麻胚轴为外植体,研究了不同种类和浓度的细胞分裂素对胚轴再生不定芽的影响以及不同浓度的生长素对外植体根分化的影响。结果表明:从成熟蓖麻种子中剥离的胚轴接种在MS基本培养基并添加0.5mg/L6-BA或10.0mg/LZT中诱导不定芽的再生频率最高,分别为86.7%和68.9%。健壮的不定芽在MS+0.2mg/LNAA的培养基中根分化率达26.7%。
