后危机时代，战略性新兴产业是新的经济增长点，是我国对发达国家实现弯道超车的战略路径。在培育和发展战略性新兴产业的国家部署下，各地掀起了发展战略性新兴产业的热潮，但在内外因的作用下，一些地区却可能陷入发展陷阱之中。探究当下我国应如何避免陷入战略性新兴产业发展陷阱，梳理国内外对于新兴产业发展陷阱的已有研究，分析战略性新兴产业发展陷阱的表现形式，然后探析陷阱的可能成因，最后对我国科学合理地发展战略性新兴产业提出建议：我国需要立足现实，保持冷静，通过自主创新来推动战略性新兴产业的发展。

英文摘要：

In the post crisis era,strategic emerging industry has been a new economic growth point,which is a strategic path for our country to realize the corner overtaking of the developed countries. Under the national deployment of cultiva- ting and developing strategic industries,a hot wave of developing strategic industries raises across the country. However, some areas may fall into development traps for internal and external causes. Thus we explored how the current China should to avoid falling into the trap {or strategic emerging industry in this paper. First of all, we reviewed previous studies at home and abroad of the trap for the development of emerging industries. Secondly,we analyzed the forms and conse- quences of the traps,and then discussed its possible causes. In the end of this paper,we gave some suggestions for how to develop strategic emerging industries in our country scientifically and reasonably. We concluded that China needs to be based on reality,remain calm and promote the development of strategic emerging industries through independent innovation.
