目的 探讨单根毛囊分离改良抽取法与传统切取法在毛发移植提取供区毛囊中的应用差别.方法 选取对称性毛发脱落患者12例,在两侧对称面积相同的供区内分别使用改良法和传统法获得单根毛囊,以相同数量分别植入对称脱发区域,统计两法在供区所得完整单根毛囊数、分离毛囊耗时、受区毛囊成活数,并在术中分别取两法所得毛囊进行组织学检查.结果 两法所提取的完整单根毛囊数和分离毛囊耗时比较,有统计学意义(P 〈0.05);两法所得毛囊分别植入对称受区后成活毛囊数比较,无统计学意义(P 〉0.05).毛囊组织学检查HE染色显示毛乳头、毛母质主要结构完整.结论 在受区毛囊成活情况相仿的前提下,单根毛囊分离改良抽取法在有限供区范围内能获取更多的完整单根毛囊.
Objective To study the applied difference between the improved extraction approach and traditional incision approach for follicle unit isolation from donor site during hair transplantation. Metbo ds Improved and traditional approaches were used respectively on unilateral donor site of 12 symmetric bald patients to acquire follicle units. The acquired follicle units with same quantity were inserted into the bald area. Statistic analysis of the two approaches was conducted for the number of complete follicle units acquired from the bald area, consumed time of follicle isolation, follicle survival number in recipient area and the histological examination was carried out for the follicle acquired by two approaches. Results There was statistical significance between two approaches in acquired follicle numbers and consumed time of follicle isolation ( P 〈 0.05 ) and no statistical significance in survival numbers of follicles after the acquired follicles were implanted into the symmetric recipient area ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Compared to the traditional approach, the improved extraction approach of follicle unit isolation can acquire more complete follicle units in limited donor area under the condition that the two approaches have similar follicle survival numbers in recipient area.
