A structure of the information integration in manufacturing system based on Web Service is presented for improving the cooperation and practicality of manufacturing system. Data interface of the system is introduced. The operation data are also discussed on the basis of XML. The model of information integration in manufacturing system is improved by Web Service, which is the right method for implementation of computer supported collaborative work（CSCW） in manufacturing system.
