本文针对食品包装学课程教学过程中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学方法、考核方法三方面探讨提高食品包装学课程教学质量的途径,培养学生对食品包装学课程知识的综合运用,以期取得较好的教学效果。
According to some problems for solution in teaching process of food packaging course. The paper put for- ward some reform measures in teaching contents, teaching methods and evaluation mode of food packing to improve analytical and problem solving abilities. The results could improve teaching effect on food packaging.
