Principal-Agent Model is used to analyze the actions between business information provider and demander.Measurable benefit index is used to indicate immeasurable effort index and utility index,and further analyze the factor of developing an incentive mechanism.Under conditions of asymmetric information,the ratio of marginal utilities of information provider and demander can be used as parameter when design or adjust the incentive mechanism.The incentive mechanism is used to encourage information providers to take actions positively and to punish them when they act negatively.
