近年来学术界和产业界对用户参与创新现象的关注得到了显著的增长,然而中国制造产业创新生态体系仍比较落后,亟需在继续提升传统装备制造业优势的前提下,利用技术与商业环境出现非线性转型的机会实现追赶和超越。在现有用户创新文献分析的基础上,研究以装备制造企业产品为研究对象,分析了用户在装备产品开放式创新过程中角色变化,以及在创新过程中企业与用户交互作用类型,据此提出了具有非线性和反馈循环特性的装备产品开放式创新过程用户参与模型。最后,探讨用户在开放式创新过程中有效参与模式和交互模式类型,这对进一步提高装备产品创新中用户交互沉浸度和拓展企业可持续创新的动力来源具有重要意义。
The academia and industry pay more attention to involve users in the product innovation process in recent years,and many firms collaborate with users.However,the manufacturing industry innovation ecosystem is still relatively backward in China,and needs to continuously improve the traditional equipment manufacturing industry advantage by using the nonlinear transformation chance to realize catch-up and surpassing in turbulent technology and business environment.Based on the analysis of existing user innovation literature,this paper takes the equipment products as the research object,firstly analyzes the roles of users in the open innovation process of equipment products,as well as the main firm-user interaction types in the innovation process.Then,according to the user roles in each stage of innovation process,firm-user interaction types and user's empowerment level,the user involvement into equipment products' open innovation process model is proposed.Finally,this paper discusses the effective user involvement and interaction mode type in open innovation process,which is of great significance to further improve the user engagement in equipment product innovation and expand the dynamic source of firms' sustainable innovation.
