To improve the independent innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises, analyses were made of the pattern of open technology integration of Dalian Machine Tool Group （DMTG）. The results show that DMTG has high technology monitoring, absorption as well as technological integration capability, which can orchestrate the existing technology storages according to the complex requirements of organizational environment and assimilate as well as construct new knowledge based on system integration hierarchy of product development, thus improves the capability of product construction, and finally makes a great breakthrough in achieving high-end product with independent intellectual property rights.
