目的探讨以问题为基础的PBL(problem-based learning)教学法在泌尿外科临床教学工作中的应用及效果。方法将2014年1月—2014年7月参加住院医师规范化培训人员随机分为以传统授课方式为基础的对照组和PBL实验组,通过理论知识考试和问卷调查的方式来评价PBL教学法的教学效果。结论在泌尿外科临床住院医师规范化培训教学工作中,PBL教学法效果优于传统教学法,能够增加学习效率,提高学生的自学能力,发现解决问题的能力,团队协作能力等,值得在泌尿外科临床教学中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application and the effect of PBL teaching in clinical teaching in urology. Methods Form 2014 January to July in the Department of Urology in our hospital, hospital staff in training physicians were randomly divided into traditional teaching method based on PBL control group and experimental group, through the theoretical knowledge examination and questionnaire investigation way to evaluate the teaching effect of PBL teaching method. Results In the hospital department of urology clinical teaching work standardized residents training, the teaching method of PBL is better than the traditional teaching method. Conclusion PBL teaching can increase the efficiency of learning, improve their ability of self-study, found solves the question ability, team cooperation ability, it is worthy to popularize in the clinical nursing teaching in Department of Urology.
