英文摘要：

In folksonomy,there is no explicit hierarchy between tags,however there implicitly exists such hierarchical relationship that one tag is a sub-tag of others. This paper presents a simple but remarkably efficient algorithm for deriving hierarchical taxonomy of tags from folksonomy based on statistics,in which tag,in floksonomy,is represented by OWL class. Experiments show that this algorithm has a high recall rate and a great precision in addition to a remarkable efficiency. It fits the need on internet where information grows rapidly.
