为研究索力初拉力随机误差对主塔、主梁和拉索的应力,主塔、主梁的变形及结构可靠度的影响情况,以混合梁无背索斜拉桥——东莞水道桥为工程背景,考虑桥梁施工过程,建立ANSYS空间分析模型,采用蒙特卡罗函数和拉丁超立方抽样技术,分析结构响应的敏感性因素及百分比,并对控制截面应力进行了可靠性分析。结果表明:(1)主塔、主梁的应力及变形和拉索的应力非对称性显著,对应的敏感参数差异较大,其中边跨主梁及塔身应力、位移标准差受拉索初拉力影响小。(2)成桥索力受拉索初拉力影响最显著,且主要受自身初拉力误差影响,拉索安装误差可按照斜拉桥设计细则执行。
In order to study the influences of random deviation of initial cable tension force on stress of pylon,beam and cable,deformation of pylon and beam,and structural reliability,according to the construction of Dongguanshuidao bridge,which is a composite girder cable-stayed bridge without back-stay,the spatial analytical model is established by software ANSYS considering the construction process. By using Monte Carlo method and Latin hypercube sampling technique,the sensitivity factor and percentage of structural response are analyzed,and the reliability analysis of stress of the control section is carried out. The result shows that( 1) the stresses and the deformations of pylon and beam,and cable of pylon presented significant asymmetry,and the related sensitivity factors are with high disparities,among them,the standard deviation of stress and deformation in the side span of the beam and pylon are less impacted by the initial cable force;( 2) the initial cable force has the most influence on final cable force,and mainly affected by the corresponding error of initial cable force,the installation error level of initial cable force can be controlled according to the guidelines for design of cable-stayed bridge.
