为解决钢管混凝土的脱空现象,提高钢管混凝土短柱的承载能力。设计了两种不同截面形式(单肋、双肋)的带肋钢管混凝土短柱,借助于有限元程序模拟了钢板厚度为4mm、6mm、8mm的3组试件的轴压过程,通过比对结果数据发现;带肋钢管混凝土的承载能力比无肋钢管混凝土短柱在承载能力方面有明显提高;同种壁厚条件下单肋截面在极限承载力提高程度最佳;壁厚在6mm时单肋截面承载力提高最大。
In order to solve concrete separated away from steel tube, design and simulate three groups (non-rib, single-rib and double-rib ) of short columns under axial compression process. By comparing the re- sults found the bearing capacity of ribbed tubes (both single-rib and double-rib) improved. For ultimate bearing capacity, the improvement of single-rib section and double-rib is approximate, and the bearing ca- pacity increase more apparent with the thickness of 6 ram. From the economic consideration, recommend 6 mm single-rib structure as the main development direction.
