The relative concepts of local（α,β,γ）-diagonally dominant matrix is introduced in this paper,under the conditions of irreducible local（α,β,γ）-diagonally dominance,practical criterions of nonsingular H-matrix and nonsingular M-matrix are obtained,extending the existed results.
