RNA干扰是双链RNA分子诱发的基因沉默过程,可体现在转录水平或转录后水平。设计针对多个靶基因的RNAi序列,构建RNAi文库进行系统性筛选是生物学及医学研究的有力工具。在当前对肿瘤的研究中,RNAi文库有着无法比拟的优势,已被广泛用于肿瘤发生相关基因筛选、药物靶点筛选及克服肿瘤细胞耐药性等多个领域。本文就RNAi技术及RNAi文库在肿瘤研究中的应用做一综述。
RNA interference is a double - stranded RNA molecules inducing gene silencing process, which can be reflected at the transcriptional level or post - transcriptional level. Design of RNAi for multiple target gene sequences, RNAi library for building biology and systematic screening is a powerful tool for medical re- search. The current study of the tumor, RNAi library has incomparable advantages. It has been widely used for tumor- related genetic screening, drug screening and target tumor cells to overcome drug resistance and other fields. In this paper, RNAi and RNAi library technology and applications in cancer research were done a review.
