为了比较普通小麦与其近缘种和人工合成材料对盐胁迫的敏感性差异,以普通小麦以及小麦近缘种黑麦、硬粒小麦和人工合成材料六倍体小黑麦、八倍体小黑麦为试验材料,调查了不同盐浓度胁迫条件下供试材料的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等性状,研究了盐处理对不同种质生长量的抑制,同时测定了可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等生理指标。结果表明,供试的试验材料在耐盐性上略有差异,萌发期和幼苗期的耐盐性基本一致,表现为黑麦〉八倍体小黑麦〉普通小麦〉六倍体小黑麦〉硬粒小麦。综合各性状来看,黑麦和八倍体小黑麦的耐盐性较好,在普通小麦的耐盐性改良中具有一定的利用价值。
Common wheat cultivars were compared with their related genera species and artificial materials under different salt treatments in order to test their sensitivity to salt stress. Common wheat cultivars and its related species including rye and durum wheat, artificial materials such as six triticale and eight triticale were used as experimental materials. The germinating rate, germinating potential, germinating index, vigor index and other characteristics were investigated. At the same time, the content of soluble sugar and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were determined. The results showed that the salt tolerance traits among the tested wheat materials have slightly difference. The performance of salt tolerance at germination stage and seedling stage were similar. The tolerance to salt stress was rye 〉 eight triticale 〉 common wheat 〉 six triticale 〉 durum wheat. In conclusion, the rye and eight triticale had better salt tolerance than other materials and could improve the wheat traits under salt stress condition.
