针对干法胶粉沥青混合料黏度大、施工和易性差,对胶粉SMA混合料中分别掺加进口界面活化剂、国产界面活化剂A、国产界面活化剂B三种沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性进行分析,并将其与普通沥青SMA混合料、未掺加活化剂的胶粉SMA混合料的路用性能作对比。试验结果表明,界面活化剂大大改善了胶粉SMA混合料的施工工艺,提升了路用性能。
Aimed at the high viscosity and poor workability of dry-process mixed asphalt mixture with crumb rubber, the stability at high temperature and crack resistance and water stability at low temperature of three kinds of SMA mixtures mixed with imported surfactant, homemade surfactant A and homemade surfactant B respectively were analyzed. And the performance of SMA mixture with surfactant was compared with that of ordinary SMA mixture and crumb rubber modified SMA mixture without adding surfactant, and the results show that the surfactant greatly improves the construction process of crumb rubber modified SMA mixture and enhance the pavement performance.
