目的 合成3-卤代氧化吲哚,并将其用于合成3,3-二取代氧化吲哚类化合物.方法 以碱为催化剂,以β-酮酸、肟及对甲苯亚磺酸钠为亲核试剂,分别与3-卤代氧化吲哚反应合成3,3-二取代氧化吲哚.结果 合成了一类3-卤代氧化吲哚,构建了一系列C3位含C、O以及S原子的3,3-二取代氧化吲哚类化合物.结论 该方法具有原料简单易得,反应条件温和的优点,为合成3,3-二取代氧化吲哚类化合物提供了一条很好的途径.
Objective To synthesis 3 - halooxindoles and use them to construct 3,3 - disubstituted oxindoles. Methods The 3,3 - disubstituted oxindoles were synthesized by using β - ketoacids, oximes and sodium p - tolu- enesulfinate as nucleophiles, respectively, reacting with 3 - halooxindoles combining with base as catalysts. Results A class of 3 -halooxindoles and a series of 3,3 -disubstituted oxindoles bearing a carbon, an oxygen or a sulfur atom at the C3 - position were synthesized. Conclusion This procedure has some advantages, such as readily available starting materials, mild reacition conditions and easy manipulation, as well as provides an effi- cient method for the construction of 3,3 -disubstituted oxindoles.
