太阳能电池的动态模型和动态特性对研究光伏发电系统的稳定性至关重要。该文从硅太阳能电池的物理模型出发,求解出太阳能电池的稳态、动态特性解析表达式;就此得出计及引线电感的太阳能电池动态电路模型;推导出太阳能电池的动态电阻、结电容、小信号输出阻抗的精确表达式,并对不同光照、不同输出电压下的小信号输出阻抗进行仿真研究;最后构建了基于LED灯和超级电容的太阳能电池动态实验平台,对光照突变时太阳能电池的短路电流响应以及电压突变时太阳能电池的暗电流响应进行了实验验证,并给出了太阳能电池少数载流子寿命的简便测量方法。
The dynamic model and dynamic characteristics(especially the dynamic output impedance) of solar cells are essential to study the stability of photovoltaic power generation systems.Based on the physical model of silicon solar cells,the analytical expressions of steady-state characteristics and the dynamic characteristics are deduced,and the dynamics circuit model of solar cells considering the lead parasitic inductance is obtained in this paper.After that,the exact expressions of dynamic resistance,junction capacitance and dynamic output impedance are derived,and simulations are eventually performed for the dynamic output impedance with varying output voltages at different illumination levels.Finally,the short-circuit current step response when light abrupt changing and dark current step response when voltage changing suddenly are validated and minority carrier lifetime of solar cells is measured expediently by experiment on the solar dynamic experiment platform built with light-emitting diode(LED) lamps and electric double layer capacitor(EDLC).
